Two days a week Elliot is home with me so I don’t schedule much work to do. He’s pretty good at keeping himself busy in the studio but can be VERY distracting 😂 So I’m not able to really focus much. This afternoon he was a bit wild and loud but was quite chill while he was drawing. And even though it was only for about 15 minutes, it makes my heart happy when he is doing anything creative, especially art. To many, many more years of drawing my love.

A fun project I worked on with @pattigreenhealthyliving to help kids learn more about other countries. The Passport to the World club features 6 countries and includes all types of information along with recipes for families to try. This is a sneak peek of Mexico. I was excited to team up with Patti on this and bring her project back to life. I am sure the kids will love it!

Today was a good day. I celebrated my birthday with the people I love (minus a few) and it was just so awesome to see my family and have us all together. I am very grateful. Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend.

I woke up to blue skies and a cool breeze. The birds are singing. The sun is peeking through the clouds. I just know it’s going to be a good day. Why? Because I’m smiling and just grateful I am here, happy and healthy. This next year will be filled with all I need and more and that brings me peace. My 41 years of life has brought me extensive knowledge and experience on many things, both good and bad. But I’m still here and always striving to be my best self. Happy Birthday to me 🥳 Here’s to a fantastic year!
