If you haven’t checked out my team of experts yet, you should. I am so lucky to know such a talented group of individuals, for sure. If you are looking for a photographer in the NY/Nj area and beyond, you’ve found her. Need a makeup artist for an event? Look no further. Having a party and need a dj? I know the guy to call. The creative arts are pretty much covered as well. Plus, I cna recommend a skilled massage therapist that will regenerate your body like no other.

Claire la Faye is one of my favorite bridal designers because she creates gowns that are unique, beautiful, romantic and simply lovely. Her work screams glam without all the drama and glitz, which is hard to come by. I have never worn one of her dresses but I can imagine you feel like a queen floating on clouds. Maybe one day I will have the honor but until then, I am in awe.

Graduating from Parsons School of Design in NYC, Claire’s career evolved from a line of reconsructed tee’s and soon enough, success was knocking at her door. Because her bridal line is so skillfully made and uniquely created, you wouldn’t think she entered the wedding curcuit just two years ago. But thanks to her, non traditional brides everywhere can wear her whimsical pieces and not only feel on the top of the world but prove like heavan is a place on earth.

Today Claire lives and works in Portland, Oregon. Here are some of my favorite gowns that are simply irresistable.

One of the my favorite things about the holidays is gift giving. I love to see the expression on people’s faces when they receive a gift they love. I also enjoy wrapping them. Actually, I LOVE to. Every year, I try to get creative and use different styles of paper and I always handmake my tags. This year I kept it simple with 2 kinds of wrapping paper, white ribbon and white tags stamped with Merry Christmas on them. I also added a few fun items to look more festive.

It’s always good to share ideas and inspiration, especially when it comes to someting you do every year. You don’t want to do the same thing, thats a bit boring. So hopefully these help you see gift wrapping in a new light. Get creative and give the gift of wow.
