Another year is coming to a close and I couldn’t be more grateful. 2021 has brought such awareness to my life and has helped me accept what I cannot change, as well as let go of what I don’t need. Staying positive is key and I will strive to do so, despite the toxic people and events that may surround me. Simply looking the other way and realizing that nothing has power over you will enable true freedom. And that is something we all deserve.

Moving forward I will continue to use my mind, body, heart, and soul to guide me in the right direction. I will listen to what the universe is telling me and have faith in mother nature, as always. My light will continue to shine through honesty, truth, and kindness and I am forever thankful for the like-minded friendships and support I have received these past few years. My tribe is a special one for sure.

There is no better time than now to focus on your health, both physical and mental, and truly know your worth. Enjoy all the moments and live life to the fullest, whatever that may mean to you. And remember to keep your head up, be kind, and fucking smile! Wishing you all the very best new year yet!

As we get closer to the new year I can’t help but reflect upon the past but also think of our future. Among other things, I believe 2022 will be the year of karma. This certainly stands out for me and is something I think is long overdue. I am looking forward to seeing positive change but I won’t think it will come without justice. I guess we wait and see what the new year brings.

I could not have said it better. Simple and to the point, our freedom is everything. It’s the foundation for all we create, say and do. I have always supported choice above all because a forced way of life is NOT living. I don’t debate it or argue – that is simply a waste of time. Instead I continue to move forward and thrive. And wherever my journey takes me it’s my free will that gets me there.

Whatever path you decide to take, I hope it brings you the knowledge and experience to evolve as you’ve never imagined. Dream big, never give up, and always be true to yourself. We have the right to live wild and free you so might as well enjoy it
