Early this year, I had the pleasure of designing my first wedding album for an overseas event. Margaret and Stephen’s romantic wedding in Italy was simply stunning. Not only was it classic and elegant, the location added an enormous amount of rustic glamour you just don’t see everyday. The album was a gift from Margaret to her husband and she chose the fabric flush mount album from my modern collection along with a matching presentation box. Needless to say, it came out gorgeous.

Team Up Event: Shabby Chic Birthday Party

Recently, I teamed up with Christine from Coco’s Customs in Queens, NY and designed some party decor for a girls first birthday party she was coordinating. The theme was shabby chic, so bright florals and pretty textures were the foundation and Christine incorporated lots of lace and pearls to bring it all together. Needless to say, the party was a big hit!

The birthday girl was smiling with glee and everyone loved how it all came together. There was plenty to drink and eat, desserts galore!, and all the guests took home a cute favor box filled with treats. I am happy Avalon had a great first birthday celebration and everyone had a great time. Christine did a great job at setting it all up and showcasing all the pretty little paper products I designed and all the vendors who played a part did awesome as well. Here is a look into the event. Minted Holiday Party Challenge & More

Hi all. First off, I hope you all have a happy and safe 4th of July! I wanted to announce that the Minted Holiday Party Challenge is now open for voting. Since I’ve been busy these past few weeks I was only able to submit two designs, both of which I really love. A little bit of glitz and glam on these, perfect for the festive holiday. Please feel free to check them out and vote if you’re up for it.

And now for some good news I am excited to share. The winners have been announced for the Eye of the Beholder Challenge, and my photograph ‘Haunted Wood’ was an editor pick! I am so excited for my first win on Minted and couldn’t be happier. Soon it will be for sale on their website, how cool is that? I am so stoked!
