Let the holiday festivities begin! Happy Christmas Eve friends. We are starting off the celebration with a cozy afternoon in with my mom and watching Elliot open his gifts from her. And then later we are off to enjoy a yummy dinner with my family at my aunt’s house. I always look forward to spending time with them, as well as them getting to hang out with Elliot. It will be a late night but once we tuck our little boy in my husband and I can rest a bit and get Santa’s gifts under the tree before we catch some zzz’s ourselves. I haven’t been in the most festive mood this past month or so but life is too short for sadness. I’m putting a smile on my face and enjoying every moment.
