I decided to keep studying butterflies this week so here we are. After reading a beautiful book about the flowers they like we reviewed letters & counting, did some line work (I traced the wings) & coloring, and learned about the anatomy. We also added a few pretty kite paper butterflies to our windows.

Nature is always there. To enjoy and to inspire. To feed us and help us grow.
To support each and every one of us, whenever we need it (and even when we don’t).

We truly thrive because of the mother. She will never abandon us.

She is our home. And I am so grateful.

We had a chill butterfly lesson this morning and Elliot was happy Daddy sat with us. First, we read a fun book (he loves Crinkleroot) and learned a little more about moths and how they are different from butterflies. Then we reviewed the letter B and counting, played a butterfly matching game, completed a life cycle worksheet, and had a color sesh. We have a lazy rainy weekend ahead and I am looking forward to resting for sure.
