This week was a fun one. We learned about the water cycle and states of water, then explored shadows and the moon for our nature studies.

These past few weeks we also have started using Explode the Code to help Elliot with phonics and reading and it’s been awesome. He loves doing the lessons and I love it because it’s open and go with an old-school feel. And so far he remembers all the words we’ve been working on and can both read and spell them It’s a big step up from not being interested so this momma is happy. We will continue using it along with @dashintolearning and can’t wait to see where our journey takes us.
