Another great one from Silversun Pickups, the artwork for Swoon is vibrant and ethereal. The line work is wild and free while the color palette is simply beautiful. A mix of the feminine and masculine, the deep browns alongside the pastel purples and rich pinks add a natural, yet spacey feel the piece. This would be a nice palette to work off of when designing any luxurious space, as well as a wedding or event.

Here is another great piece from Arcane Arts designer, Adrienne Vita. I love this color scheme because it is dark but not gloomy. There is a fun sensibility to it that I am attracted to. Somewhat childlike and definitely fantasy inspired. I think we all wondered at one time, what lies beneath, right? This is a little look into the world that lives underneath us, shown from Adrienne’s perspective.

Organically drawn and brilliantly brought to life, What Lies Beneath draws you in to a space that is quiet, misunderstood and deep. Mirroring that feel are pastel hues that add a touch of whimsy. Together the darker colors help weigh down a space while the lighter peach and blue are soothing enough to bring it all together. This palette would be perfect for a living room or office space as well as a romantic wedding or event.

James and the Giant Peach is a classic film for children and people of all ages. Tim Burton brings this amazing story to life and allows us all to visit a place where our imaginations can soar. Originally written by Roald Dahl, James is stuck living with his mean aunts when his parents pass away. After some time, he meets a little man outside who gives him a secret potion. Unfortunately, James spills it all over the peach tree by accident but to his surprise the peach brings him a way to escape, explore and find happiness.

With all his little insect friends, he travels the high seas to find his way to New York City. Their journey is full of adventure and amazement. The color scheme used is full of life and holds a childlike feel, taking us all on the exciting trip with James we will never forget.
